Hillcrest Park

This  was the first City Park in 1952.  It was dedicated on Friday, May 30, 1952.  Kittye Hall participated in a city contest to name the park and won with the name of Hillcrest.  It is located on Second and Relief Streets. This park has a baseball/softball field, a pavilion, playground, and is close to the R. W. Huntington Municipal Pool.  The pavilion is close to the bathrooms (seasonal) and has a grill, picnic tables, and electricity.
